Would
you like to have an item repaired? Please note:
- Packing
material, packing slips, and markings will help you determine if the
item was produced in our factory. Please note that we cannot repair
items that we did not produce.
- We honor the legal warranty period of six months. It is
possible to repair up to 10 years old if the product is still in our
line. In exceptional cases, we do repair older items but due to the labor involved, the repair will be costly.
- If
repairs are necessary within the warranty period, please present the
cash register receipt and packing slip.
- Repairs
are to be brought to our attention either verbally or in writing so that
we may have the opportunity to advise the best possible method of
repair.
- We
accept liability for items to be repaired once they are on our premises
but do not accept responsibility for damages that occurred during
transport.
- Please
request an estimate for the cost of repairs. Well maintained pieces are
less expensive to repair.
- Erzgebirge hand-crafts are produced by specialists and for most repairs,
the labor of a specialist is needed which
means that it may take some time to complete the repair. Repairs are
almost impossible during our main season so please check your items for
possible repairs right after the holidays.
